A Marketing Resource Management firm in Silicon Valley is looking for an Implementation Project Manager interested in working with marketing departments of large and mid-sized organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with clients throughout the project planning, application configuration and training and roll-out to end users. Must Have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant concentration

  • Ability to run workshops (onsite and via webex) to determine customer requirements for configuration (e.g. marketing work-flows, user roles, business rules…).
  • Ability to configure new sites for each customer based on learning from workshops (also orchestrate junior in-house resources to do this work).
  • Successfully conduct training for end users.
  • Ability to carry out management tasks on behalf of the customer.
  • Solid understanding of how marketing departments operate.
  • A love of technology (software especially) for solving problems.
  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Familiar with agile development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to travel several days a month, up to a week at a time.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary up to $120,000
Benefits: Health, travel allowance, annual bonuses, 401k under development
