Help Desk Support

We are currently working with a well known start-up in San Diego on an awesome opportunity for Help Desk Support.

Must Have:

  1. 2-3 years experience providing support for Windows XP and Windows 7 desktop/laptop PCs
  2. Experience replacing hardware and troubleshooting hardware related issues
  3. Ability to travel and work extended hours

Preferred:

  1. Must be customer focused.
  2. Experience with OSX.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Work efficiently with a team and possess a good attitude.
  • Experience working with vendors to troubleshoot.
  • Accountability for troubleshooting and resolving assigned tickets.
  • Ability to educate employees when problem solving, when appropriate.

The Help Desk Support will provide technical assistance to the corporate office and remote locations while providing the highest level of customer service for a fast-growing, profitable company.
